Job Description
This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchise. While the franchisee operates under the McDonald’s brand name and utilizes its logos and food products, it functions as a separate entity entirely distinct from McDonald’s USA. As such, the franchisee handles all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling within the restaurant. McDonald’s USA does not participate in these employment decisions and does not receive any copies of employment applications submitted to the franchisee. Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety and Inventory Management
- Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- Follow up and report results to team and other managers
- Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
- Oversee sales promotions and service procedures
- Organize Front Counter, McCafe and Drive-Thru areas for best service
- Maintain food quality, safety and control food costs in the kitchen
- Train kitchen staff including new menu items
- Hire and train qualified crew
- Schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Motivate and recognize crew members
