Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems or departments such as training, food safety, inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up and report results to team and other managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • oversee sales promotion execution
  • organize front counter McCafé and drive-thru areas
  • ensure quality and safe food production
  • control food costs
  • train kitchen staff in production procedures
  • hire, train, and schedule qualified crew
  • motivate and recognize employees during their employment
  • manage operational standards in assigned department
