Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous managerial experience preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems or departments such as training, food safety, inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report results to team and other managers
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
- oversee sales promotion execution
- organize front counter McCafé and drive-thru areas
- ensure quality and safe food production
- control food costs
- train kitchen staff in production procedures
- hire, train, and schedule qualified crew
- motivate and recognize employees during their employment
- manage operational standards in assigned department
