Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum 18 years of age
  • previous management experience desirable
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to motivate and lead a team
  • customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality
  • positive team player with flexible schedule
  • strong leadership and team building skills
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly ensuring fast accurate friendly customer experiences
  • manage assigned department systems such as training food safety and inventory management
  • set department goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
  • oversee guest service ensuring promotions delivery service staff training and organized service areas
  • ensure kitchen delivers quality safe food controls food cost and trains staff on production
  • manage hiring training scheduling and motivation of crew to meet sales and profit goals
