Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 18 years of age
- previous management experience desirable
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- strong organizational skills
- ability to motivate and lead a team
- customer service orientation

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring fast accurate friendly customer experiences
- manage assigned department systems such as training food safety and inventory management
- set department goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
- oversee guest service ensuring promotions delivery service staff training and organized service areas
- ensure kitchen delivers quality safe food controls food cost and trains staff on production
- manage hiring training scheduling and motivation of crew to meet sales and profit goals
