Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week to deliver fast, accurate, friendly service

  • Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Ensure staff are trained in service and production procedures
  • Manage crew recruitment, training, scheduling, and motivation
  • Monitor food quality, cost control, and safety compliance
