Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast accurate friendly service
- manage assigned systems such as training food safety and inventory management
- set goals delegate tasks and report results to team and other managers
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience and sales promotions are executed well
- organize front counter McCafe and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- ensure high quality safe food production and control food costs
- hire train and schedule qualified crew to meet goals
- motivate and recognize crew to foster a positive work environment
