Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast accurate friendly service
  • manage assigned systems such as training food safety and inventory management
  • set goals delegate tasks and report results to team and other managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience and sales promotions are executed well
  • organize front counter McCafe and drive-thru areas for optimal service
  • ensure high quality safe food production and control food costs
  • hire train and schedule qualified crew to meet goals
  • motivate and recognize crew to foster a positive work environment
