Job Description

Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • knowledge of food safety and inventory management systems
  • ability to follow organizational policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up and report results to team and other managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience
  • oversee sales promotions and training in service procedures
  • maintain organization of Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas
  • ensure quality, safety, and cost control of food production
  • train kitchen staff including new menu items
  • hire and train qualified crew
  • schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • recognize and motivate crew to promote retention and satisfaction
