Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • prior managerial experience preferred
  • ability to lead and motivate teams
  • knowledge of food safety and inventory management preferred
  • excellent organizational skills
  • strong problem-solving capabilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
  • manage specific departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
  • oversee training and performance of crew and managers

  • control food costs and maintain inventory
  • hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize team members to foster a positive work environment
