Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week to ensure excellent customer experience
- Manage assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set departmental goals and delegate tasks effectively
- Follow up on task completion and report results to the team
- Ensure crew and managers deliver great customer service
- Organize Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru service areas
- Train crew in service procedures and production processes
