This job posting represents an exciting opportunity to join a McDonald's restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, a separate and distinct company from McDonald's USA. Unlike corporate-owned locations, this franchisee owns the license to use McDonald's logos and food products but independently manages all aspects of employment including hiring, training, scheduling, and employee relations. This means that any new hire will be employed directly by the franchisee organization rather than McDonald's USA.

Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
- Oversee Guest Service Department ensuring teams deliver excellent service and organize service areas
- Ensure kitchen delivers quality food, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures
- Hire, train, schedule, recognize, and motivate crew members
- Foster team spirit and support a positive work environment
