Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on team progress
  • Ensure Crew and Managers deliver excellent guest service
  • Oversee sales promotions implementation
  • Train service staff in procedures
  • Organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
  • Ensure high-quality and safe food production
  • Control food costs
  • Train kitchen staff on production and new menu items
  • Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew
  • Motivate and recognize employees
  • Monitor restaurant sales and profit goals
