Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
  • manage assigned systems like training, food safety, and inventory
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up and report results to other managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver great customer service
  • oversee promotional sales campaigns
  • organize front counter and Drive-Thru service areas for efficiency
  • maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
  • train kitchen and service staff including new menu items
  • recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew members
  • motivate and recognize staff throughout their employment
