Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 18 years of age

  • Oversee Guest Service Department ensuring excellent customer experience and organized service areas
  • Manage Kitchen Department focusing on food quality safety cost control and staff training
  • Handle People Department responsibilities including hiring training scheduling and employee motivation
  • Promote teamwork leadership and operational standards adherence
