This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, a globally recognized and reputable fast-food chain known for its commitment to quality, consistency, and exceptional customer service. While McDonald’s USA owns the brand and trademarks, the restaurant you will work at is owned and managed by a separate franchisee entity. This franchisee holds the licensing rights to use McDonald's logos, food products, and operational systems but independently handles all employment and managerial decisions at their location. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • prior managerial experience preferred
  • ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up and report results to other managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • oversee sales promotions and service procedures
  • organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
  • maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
  • train kitchen staff in production procedures and menu updates
  • hire, train, and schedule qualified crew
  • recognize and motivate employees
  • ensure staffing meets sales and profit goals
