While McDonald’s USA owns the brand and trademarks, the restaurant you will work at is owned and managed by a separate franchisee entity. Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report results to other managers
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
- oversee sales promotions and service procedures
- organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
- train kitchen staff in production procedures and menu updates
- hire, train, and schedule qualified crew
- recognize and motivate employees
- ensure staffing meets sales and profit goals
