This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee operating a McDonald’s restaurant, which holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but operates as a separate company from McDonald’s USA. This franchisee independently manages employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, without intervention or control from McDonald’s USA. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to train and motivate team members
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments preferred
  • Positive team player with flexible schedule
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
  • Oversee Guest Service Department ensuring great customer experience and organized service areas
  • Oversee Kitchen Department focusing on food quality, safety, and cost control
  • Oversee People Department including hiring, training, scheduling, and employee motivation
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent service and promotions are executed properly
