Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Ability to manage multiple departments and systems
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to train and motivate team members
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments preferred

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
- Oversee Guest Service Department ensuring great customer experience and organized service areas
- Oversee Kitchen Department focusing on food quality, safety, and cost control
- Oversee People Department including hiring, training, scheduling, and employee motivation
- Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent service and promotions are executed properly
