Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lead shifts each week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
- Delegate tasks, follow up and report results
- Hire, train and schedule qualified crew
- Ensure compliance with McDonald’s food safety and cleanliness standards
- Ability to motivate and recognize crew throughout their employment
Job Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Positive team player attitude
- Flexible schedule
- Passion for helping and serving others
Job Duties
- Lead the experience by handling and overseeing crew schedules
- Inspire and empower crew and managers to provide an outstanding guest experience
- Supervise food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald’s standards
- Take measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability
- Cultivate and encourage training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant
- Drive and expect a high level of performance from the team
