This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee, distinct and separate in operation and management from McDonald’s USA. This franchisee holds a licensed agreement to use the renowned McDonald’s trademarks, including logos and menu products, to provide customers with the familiar McDonald’s experience. As an independent entity, the franchisee handles all aspects of employment independently, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly ensuring customer satisfaction

  • oversee guest service quality sales promotions and staff training
  • organize front counter McCafe and drive-thru operations
  • maintain kitchen food quality safety and cost control
  • recruit train schedule and motivate crew members
