Job Duties
- Lead weekly shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report results to management
- ensure guest service department delivers excellent customer experiences and sales promotions are effectively implemented
- oversee kitchen department to maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
- manage recruitment, training, and scheduling of crew to meet sales and profit goals
