Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead weekly shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up and report results to management
  • ensure guest service department delivers excellent customer experiences and sales promotions are effectively implemented
  • oversee kitchen department to maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
  • manage recruitment, training, and scheduling of crew to meet sales and profit goals
