Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • prior managerial experience preferred
  • ability to lead and develop teams
  • strong communication skills
  • commitment to fast-paced work environment
  • understanding of P&L and food safety practices

  • Previous management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
  • ensure staff deliver excellent guest experience and adhere to service procedures
  • oversee front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru organization
  • maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
  • hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize team members regularly
