Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- prior managerial experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
- ensure staff deliver excellent guest experience and adhere to service procedures
- oversee front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru organization
- maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
- hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize team members regularly
