Job Description

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • Manage departments such as guest service, kitchen, or people management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • Oversee training in service and production procedures
  • Control food quality, safety, and costs in the kitchen
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate staff to meet sales and profit goals
