Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety and Inventory Management by setting goals and delegating tasks
  • Follow up and report results to teams and other managers
  • Oversee Guest Service Department ensuring crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience and sales promotions
  • Organize front counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
  • Manage Kitchen Department to ensure food quality, safety, and cost control
  • Recruit, train and schedule staff in People Department to meet sales and profit goals and motivate employees
