Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety and Inventory Management by setting goals and delegating tasks
- Follow up and report results to teams and other managers
- Oversee Guest Service Department ensuring crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience and sales promotions
- Organize front counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- Manage Kitchen Department to ensure food quality, safety, and cost control
- Recruit, train and schedule staff in People Department to meet sales and profit goals and motivate employees
