Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
  • Manage assigned systems like training, food safety, inventory management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, report results
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service
  • Oversee sales promotion implementation and service staff training
  • Organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
  • Manage kitchen staff to deliver quality food safely and efficiently
