Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned departments such as training, food safety, inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- oversee guest service ensuring staff deliver great customer experience and organized front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
- ensure kitchen delivers quality food quickly and safely while controlling food cost and training staff
- manage hiring, training and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members throughout employment
