Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned departments such as training, food safety, inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • oversee guest service ensuring staff deliver great customer experience and organized front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
  • ensure kitchen delivers quality food quickly and safely while controlling food cost and training staff
  • manage hiring, training and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize crew members throughout employment
