Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- Manage assigned systems like training, food safety, inventory
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
- Ensure sales promotions are completed successfully
- Train service staff in service procedures
- Organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- Control food cost and ensure food safety in the kitchen
