This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, distinct from McDonald’s USA corporate entity. The franchisee holds a license to utilize McDonald’s trademarks, logos, and food products, but operates as a separate business responsible for all employment matters such as hiring, firing, scheduling, and workplace discipline. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior managerial or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and delegation abilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including possible overnight hours
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to motivate and develop team members

- Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is ideal

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned department systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to teams and managers
- Oversee Guest Service department ensuring crew deliver great customer experience and maintain organized service areas
- Supervise Kitchen department focusing on food quality, safety, and cost control
- Manage People department to hire, train, and schedule crew members
- Motivate and recognize staff to maintain high performance and morale
