Job Description

This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, distinct from McDonald’s USA corporate entity. The franchisee holds a license to utilize McDonald’s trademarks, logos, and food products, but operates as a separate business responsible for all employment matters such as hiring, firing, scheduling, and workplace discipline. This distinction means that if hired, you will be employed by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA, with the franchisee having sole responsibility for your employment experience.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Prior managerial or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and delegation abilities
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including possible overnight hours
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is ideal
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned department systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to teams and managers
  • Oversee Guest Service department ensuring crew deliver great customer experience and maintain organized service areas
  • Supervise Kitchen department focusing on food quality, safety, and cost control
  • Manage People department to hire, train, and schedule crew members
  • Motivate and recognize staff to maintain high performance and morale
