Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous management experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- Manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- Train crew and managers in service and production procedures
- Oversee sales promotions and organize service areas
- Control food safety, quality, and cost in the kitchen
- Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew to meet business goals
