Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience preferred
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of food safety and customer service standards
  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
  • positive team player attitude
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • flexible schedule
  • at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
  • oversee training and coaching of team members
  • delegate tasks and follow up on performance
  • maintain food safety and quality standards
  • manage staff scheduling and recruitment
  • monitor sales promotions and operational efficiency
