Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail or supply chain management overseeing site operations and sales
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing or walking up to 9 hours a day
- Effective communication using speech, vision, and hearing
- Regular use of hands for grasping and fine manipulations
- Regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights up to 50 pounds
- No degree required, skills and alignment with core values preferred
Job Qualifications
- Business proficiency in English
- Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs

Job Duties
- Support the management of a 30,000 square foot warehouse retail operation in a business-to-business sales environment and lead operations in the absence of the Branch Manager
- Maintain a detailed and comprehensive understanding of daily functions and operational needs
- Manage customer sales issues and assist with scheduling needs
- Develop and train 15-25 team members ensuring consistent processes and role modeling company values
- Utilize deep understanding of DISC profiling to build a cohesive and high-performing team
- Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Support department managers with daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and sales
- Ensure company standards and procedures are followed including management of escalated complaints and legal actions
- Support membership and gold membership growth year over year within the local market
- Support growth and utilization of TRS.com across the customer base
- Manage overall safety and maintenance needs of the building and equipment
