It is important to understand that this restaurant is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, which means it is a separate legal entity and employer from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior management experience in similar environment
  • Ability to lead and train staff effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant retail or hospitality environment
  • Positive team player with great communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned systems like training food safety and inventory
  • Set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience
  • Organize Front Counter McCafe and Drive-Thru areas for best service
  • Maintain food quality safety and control food costs
  • Hire train and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
