Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior management experience in similar environment
- Ability to lead and train staff effectively
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer service
- Manage assigned systems like training food safety and inventory
- Set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
- Ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience
- Organize Front Counter McCafe and Drive-Thru areas for best service
- Maintain food quality safety and control food costs
- Hire train and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
