Job Duties
- take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- be results oriented by delegating tasks to team members and reporting back results
- lead the experience by supporting the general manager in kitchen, people, and service standards
- supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items in the kitchen
- hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff are trained and service areas are organized
- partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
