Job Duties
- lead weekly shifts ensuring customers receive fast accurate and friendly service
- manage assigned systems such as Training Food Safety and Inventory Management

- train service staff in service procedures and organize Front Counter McCafe and Drive-Thru areas
- ensure kitchen delivers quality food quickly maintain food safety control food cost and train kitchen staff
- hire train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals and motivate team members
