Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • lead shifts and ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned departments such as training, food safety, inventory management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • oversee sales promotions and service procedures
  • organize front counter McCafe and drive-thru areas
  • ensure food quality, safety and cost control
  • manage hiring, training and scheduling staff
  • recognize and motivate employees
