Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
- Manage departmental systems like training, food safety, inventory management
- Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- Ensure sales promotions are executed effectively
- Train and organize service staff in guest service procedures
- Oversee food quality, safety, and cost control in kitchen operations
- Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew members to meet sales and profit goals
