Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous management experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
- Oversee Guest Service department's customer experience, service procedures training, and promotional execution
- Manage Kitchen department's food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training
- Handle People department's hiring, training, scheduling, and employee motivation
- Support coaching, leadership skills development, and team performance
