Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Availability to lead shifts regularly

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
  • Oversee Guest Service department's customer experience, service procedures training, and promotional execution
  • Manage Kitchen department's food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training
  • Handle People department's hiring, training, scheduling, and employee motivation
  • Support coaching, leadership skills development, and team performance
