Job Requirements

  • preferred previous managerial experience in restaurant retail or hospitality

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring customers receive a fast accurate and friendly experience
  • manage assigned systems like training food safety and inventory management
  • set goals delegate tasks and follow up with teams and managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service
  • organize front counter mccafé and drive-thru areas for optimal service
  • maintain quality food standards control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures
  • hire train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize crew members throughout their employment
