Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring customers receive a fast accurate and friendly experience
- manage assigned systems like training food safety and inventory management
- set goals delegate tasks and follow up with teams and managers
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service
- organize front counter mccafé and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- maintain quality food standards control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures
- hire train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members throughout their employment
