Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- manage department systems including training, food safety, and inventory management
- oversee guest service to ensure excellent customer experience and efficient front counter and drive-thru operations
- supervise kitchen operations focused on food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training
- manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and motivation of crew members
- ensure compliance with sales promotions and service procedures
- delegate tasks to teams and follow up on results
