Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate and friendly customer experience
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety and inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up and report results to team and other managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver great customer service in guest service department
  • organize front counter, McCafe and drive-thru areas for optimal service
  • ensure kitchen delivers quality food safely and controls food costs
