Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate and friendly customer experience
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report results to team and other managers
- ensure crew and managers deliver great customer service in guest service department
- organize front counter, McCafe and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- ensure kitchen delivers quality food safely and controls food costs
