Job Requirements

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams and other managers
- oversee Guest Service department to enhance customer experience and implement sales promotions
- ensure kitchen department maintains food quality, safety, and cost control
- lead People department in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew
- provide coaching, direction, and leadership to teams
