Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams and other managers
  • oversee Guest Service department to enhance customer experience and implement sales promotions
  • ensure kitchen department maintains food quality, safety, and cost control
  • lead People department in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew
  • provide coaching, direction, and leadership to teams
