Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
  • Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Follow up and report results to team and other managers
  • Oversee Guest Service department including sales promotions, staff training, and front counter and drive-thru organization
  • Ensure kitchen delivers quality food quickly and safely, controls food costs, and trains production staff
  • Manage People department hiring, training, scheduling, and employee motivation
