Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
- Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- Follow up and report results to team and other managers
- Oversee Guest Service department including sales promotions, staff training, and front counter and drive-thru organization
- Ensure kitchen delivers quality food quickly and safely, controls food costs, and trains production staff
- Manage People department hiring, training, scheduling, and employee motivation
