This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products, but it is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is fully responsible for all employment matters at this restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up on delegated tasks and report results
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service
- oversee organization of front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas
- control food quality, safety, and cost in kitchen department
- train kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items
- hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew throughout their employment
