Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to team members
- Oversee Guest Service department to ensure great customer experience and organized service areas
- Manage Kitchen department ensuring food quality, safety, and cost control
- Lead People department responsibilities including hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew
- Coach and develop team members while fostering a positive work environment
