This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s, a globally recognized brand known for its quick-service restaurants serving millions of customers daily. This franchise operates under a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but is a completely separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous management experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to team members
  • Oversee Guest Service department to ensure great customer experience and organized service areas
  • Manage Kitchen department ensuring food quality, safety, and cost control
  • Lead People department responsibilities including hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew
  • Coach and develop team members while fostering a positive work environment
