Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage assigned department such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- Oversee training and development of crew and managerial staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety and production procedures
- Monitor and control food costs and inventory
- Schedule and motivate team members to meet sales and profit goals
- Report results and coordinate with other managers
