Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexible availability
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Must meet minimum age requirement of 18 years

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned department such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
  • Oversee training and development of crew and managerial staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and production procedures
  • Monitor and control food costs and inventory
  • Schedule and motivate team members to meet sales and profit goals
  • Report results and coordinate with other managers
