Job Requirements

  • Managers must lead weekly shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service
  • manage departments including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • set and track goals while delegating tasks
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • organize Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
  • maintain food quality and safety standards
  • hire, train, and schedule qualified crew
  • prefer candidates with managerial experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • must be positive team players with flexible schedules
  • associate degree highly recommended
  • McDonald's Department Manager Capstone or higher required
