Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- ability to lead shifts and manage restaurant operations
- experience with team supervision and coaching
- knowledge of food safety and inventory management
- strong organizational skills
- flexible availability and schedule
- positive attitude and team player mindset
Job Qualifications
- previous managerial experience preferred
- experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environments preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- manage assigned systems like training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report results to team and other managers
- ensure crew deliver excellent customer service and sales promotions
- organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- control food safety, quality, and cost
- hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew throughout their tenure
