Job Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
- positive team player with flexible schedule
- passion to work in a fast paced environment
- must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate and friendly service
- manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen or People
- set departmental goals and delegate tasks
- train staff in service or production procedures
- maintain food safety and quality standards
- control food cost and inventory
- recruit, train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
