- manage assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
- ensure crew and managers deliver great customer service
- implement sales promotions effectively
- train service staff in procedures
- organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas
- ensure restaurant delivers high quality food safely and quickly
- control food costs
- train kitchen staff in production procedures
- hire qualified crew
- train and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members
