Job Description

Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • ability to manage shifts and delegate tasks
  • experience with training and supervising staff
  • capability to oversee food safety and inventory
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours
  • commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment desirable
  • positive team player with flexible scheduling availability
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • excellent communication and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set departmental goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • ensure all service staff are trained in service procedures
  • organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
  • oversee food quality, safety, and cost controls in the kitchen
  • recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit targets
