Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People Management
  • oversee training, food safety, and inventory management systems
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • monitor performance and report results to other managers
  • ensure sales promotions are effectively executed
  • maintain organization and service quality at front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas
  • control food cost and ensure food safety and quality
  • hire, train, and motivate crew members
  • schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
