Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People Management
- oversee training, food safety, and inventory management systems
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- monitor performance and report results to other managers
- ensure sales promotions are effectively executed
- maintain organization and service quality at front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas
- control food cost and ensure food safety and quality
- hire, train, and motivate crew members
- schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
