Job Requirements

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly to ensure customer service is fast, accurate and friendly
- manage assigned departments such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
- ensure great customer experience in guest service areas
- oversee sales promotions and staff training in service procedures
- ensure kitchen delivers high-quality, safe, and quick food
- control food costs and train kitchen staff on production
- manage hiring and training of crew
- schedule staff to meet sales and profit targets
- recognize and motivate crew throughout their employment
