Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- Manage assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
- Oversee Guest Service including staff training and service areas
- Ensure kitchen delivers quality, safe food and controls food cost
- Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- Motivate and recognize crew throughout their employment
