This position is at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. While the franchisee operates under a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, it remains a distinct legal and operational entity, responsible solely for all employment matters related to this location. This includes hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of employees. Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams
- ensure great customer experience and sales promotion execution in Guest Service
- oversee food quality, safety, and kitchen staff training in Kitchen department
- manage hiring, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals in People department
- provide coaching, direction, and motivation to crew and managers
