Job Description

This position is at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. While the franchisee operates under a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, it remains a distinct legal and operational entity, responsible solely for all employment matters related to this location. This includes hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of employees. McDonald's USA does not have control over these areas and is not involved in any decisions concerning employment at this franchise. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams
  • ensure great customer experience and sales promotion execution in Guest Service
  • oversee food quality, safety, and kitchen staff training in Kitchen department
  • manage hiring, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals in People department
  • provide coaching, direction, and motivation to crew and managers
